What to Bring to Practice

Athletes need to complete meals two hours before attending daily practice

 

  • Running and competition shoes

 

  • Any special items or medicine needs for child (i.e child’s inhaler)

 

  • Mosquito Repellent

 

  • Backpack or Duffle Bag to keep everything in

 

  • Water, Gatorade, etc.

 

  • Sweat towel

 

  • Relieve yourself before you come to practice
